What it is

It follows the order in which you use the documents and tells you the dates, fees and forms that apply. Law, fees and forms were checked against official sources on 30 October 2026.

Who it is for
- Individuals, sole traders and small businesses claiming a fixed sum of money in England or Wales: an unpaid invoice, a private debt, a refund, or the cost of faulty goods or poor work.
- People who want to do the paperwork themselves and want to know what to send, when, and what it costs.
Jurisdiction
England and Wales only (the County Court). It does not cover Scotland or Northern Ireland, which have different courts and rules.
What it is not
- It is not legal advice, and it is not tailored to your case. Noverquis Ltd is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
- It does not promise any result. The court decides every claim.
- It does not cover personal injury, housing disrepair, family or employment claims, claims over £10,000, claims by or against a regulated credit provider, hearing bundles, preparing for the hearing day, appeals, or the full process of enforcing a judgment.
- It is not a substitute for the court's own notices. If the court sends you different dates or instructions, follow those.
- It does not include an editable calculator spreadsheet. Interest is shown as a method with worked tables.
